Callum, We have just got back from our NZ trip and we can truly sat that it is a wonderful country and we enjoyed every kilometre of it. Apart from the stunning scenery, what really made it for us were the people and their genuine friendliness and interest, and here you and your team stand out from all the others we met. We went to Tongariro to do a couple of short walks and in the end you gave us an unforgettable experience, so many many thanks for your gentle persuasion to do the (Tongariro) crossing.
If you ever need anything on this side of the world, in particular Spain, just let me know.

Dear Mr Hero No.1 (Callum) and Mr Hero No.2 (Des) Just wanted to show our appreciation for your help this morning with jump starting our campervan after the battery had gone flat. You were both fantastic and couldn't have done more to help us.
